Send packets and document how long they loiter.

This performs repeated HTTP or HTTPS requests from Cloudflare's edge. It reports application-layer response timing, not ICMP echo latency, because browsers and Workers do not receive tiny raw-packet badges.

No packets are currently filing travel vouchers.
Accuracy notice: This is an HTTP reachability and latency test from Cloudflare's network. It does not measure the ICMP round trip from your own computer, so compare it with local ping when geography matters.
